10/28/2001 Entry: "10/28 Smoke Free"

I have been smoke-free for 13 days now. I believe I have kicked the habit this time. I am not even craving ciggs! I attribute this success to exercise. Exercise has eliminated the stress I usually feel and the main reason I wanted ciggs. Exercise has made me want to do something good and healthy for myself.

I haven't been doing much lately. I was sick with a migraine for 3 days last week so I accomplished nothing. Shawn and I went to a wedding reception/dance last night with 2 other couples. We had a blast! We were out late though and I'm very tired. Today I may need a nap.

Well, I'm going to go eat some lunch. I'll write more when something exciting in my life happens.

Sorry to hear about the migraine - I wondered where you were. At least you recovered in time for ther wedding reception! Well done on the ciggie front :�D
