Di, my heart goes out to you *hugs*. I know what it feels like to feel all loss of control, and it isn't easy. I can't understand how you feel, but I can understand why you'd feel so much pain. I can remember feeling depressed and had many symptoms of panic attacks after the tornado, and I still do weekly. If I exercise daily that seems to help. Our bodies can only handle so much trauma, and you've been through a lot. But God can turn anything into something good. My own life is a testament to that. I wish there was something I could do or say to help you.

Leah: thank you! Ever since we met online so longggg ago now, you have been such an encouragement. Your own bravery is an inspiration all on it's own. It is such a help to know I have friends like you.... mushy, yeah! I know but it's the truth :)
